Anti-Marten, Lithium, Graphite, Silicone sprays - Why?

guy i worked at had a brand new mini 2 weeks old wrote off had a party at his house and put there great dane dog in it ,it totaly ate everything inside seats carpets dashboard steering wheel door cards roof linning the full works

Several reports onT6 forum about fox damage to wiring underneath the van. Reputed that the insulation is soy based and that is what attracts foxes and rodents. Grease mixed with chilli flakes is supposed to work as a deterrent.

Weirdly, I came across a few posts on the T6 forum last night about this, didn't realise its an issue as all my vehicles have been old. T6 is the newest vehicle I've owned

My cousin is married to a bloke called Martin. Never liked him, a know it all who knows f all and tighter than a ducks rear.

I wonder if I spray this stuff around our house would it keep him out the next time they come for a visit?

A (pine) marten ate the insulation from the rear loom of my sprinter van, and we found its stash hole inside the rear chassis leg nearby lined with shreded plastic, moss and stolen eggs .
We have 6 cats, but it was parked nearest the garden in the yard for a few months, and that's when it happened. I went to get it out for a job after a period of activity having put it away working fine and on walkaround the rear lights and indicators didnt work prompting this being found...

I have a little 12v box wired into the motorhome that's supposed to repel them, and I know some newer cars have a scent in the electrical insulation that they go mad for (and destroy) writing the car off in the process.
Just go on youtube and look up marder frei (german for pine marten), and people selling the ultrasonic boxes and sprays etc. So repellant is a euro thing
