It's actually an Inside mic set ..the micrometer heads are there and kindly labelled.
As for value, it all depends on condition and willing buyer. Lots of this 'old school' stuff isn't worth a vast amount (sadly)
Looks like a 4" to 12" set

Probably purchased at car boot sale , being sold by the widow of some old fella. Widow has no idea of value so was only given a couple of quid.
Now someone wants to maximise profit. Either that or borrowed by the car a an dwelling giant magpies.

Never seen any Lufkin stuff apart from the tape measures they supplied to Snap on years ago.
