Hi, been a while. Haven't started the bodywork on the Rover 216 GTi yet as having to use car for daily commute until the other car is back on the road.
Just wondering if anyone's thought of using strong mix of concrete to make moulds of the required body panel, then cast up the negative with either a super strong concrete mix or polycrete/resin stone mix to make a very tough 'positive' impression of the panel to allow patch panel to be formed over it. I'm new to complex panel forming so have been racking my brain cell for unusual ideas.
Any thoughts?
