Hi Guys,
I've a Weldmate T166 that I've owned from new for almost 4 years and have only used it once, 2 years ago to patch the cross members on my van! So today I dug it out of the back of the van to do a bit of practice before tacking a few car repairs. But there is a problem with the wire feed. The feed motor only kicks in when the dial is turned to 8, before that the roller doesn't turn at all and this is with the tensioner off the roller and no wire in the torch. Any thoughts on what could be wrong with this 'almost new' welder with only a couple of hours on it?
TIA
