Sorry I really have no idea they may be the piece that someone requires to finish a project or just junk, that obviously why you ask.

The Denbigh drill had bolts in the base which were a complete pain to remove as they just had two milled flats like that. Cast iron, welding a nut on wouldn’t stick, I tried. Just reminded me of a knuckle grazing job seeing those!

I think so the pointy bits remind me of a Brake liner riveting machine tool but hadn't a clue I suppose the bigger bits will go as steel blanks for turning?
