Sounds like one of those things you need to find out via the manufacturers "build my car/bike" type website. Land Rover do similar where you can add various "packs" (cold climate etc.), we sometimes passed the time on quiet nightshifts attempting to spec the most expensive car

Not meaning to be nasty but it's a shame they didn't spend more time making them more reliable and perhaps reduce the warranty spend to a sensible level.

Yes between the shape of the tank and the screen it diverts air around you and off your chest.

Yes its a BMW optional extra, no longer in production, its like new, even came in the original packaging and fitting instructions.
