^^ interesting. It stays in a shed, so hopefully won’t be needed. I run it every month to keep everything ticking over/dry out windings.
The alternator was a bit of sod to fit in, since there are only 4 mounts at the corners for the whole engine/genny unit I had to get creative with straps. Then poke the new alt in with one tine of the telehandler forks.
