Angle grinding

Maximum respect to that guy learning to do that with his feet, doing a better job of able bodied people I have seen so repairs. Can't help think what would do if the angle grinder was to run away, wouldn't want to grab it to turn if off when it's going all over the place

We, Dearly Beloved and I, get a bit un-PC sometimes with Littl'un. The chap in the video is unlikely to take offense, and laugh with you.....at least I hope so.

I have been fighting to get access to bits in the LT today. I think I need more practice.

Question.

?Is he the driver too?

I have never seen a foot-operated adapted vehicle, but I can see how it would be possible with joysticks. It would certainly freak you out as he overtakes you on the A1

By crikey he must have to go to extreme lengths of care not to have the grinder grab or kick back, no way could I see a guy stop that with the maximum grip of a well trained foot.

I recovered /picked a guy up through the rac many years ago with his transit they said it was a very small man who didnt want to get out of the van and didnt want to go on a tall truck, the truth was when we got there he couldnt get out, because he was 'part' of his wheel chair, he had hands but no arms, or legs and at the time the smallest vehicle that you could get into and drive in a wheel chair was a transit, apart from an Elswick.
So we went out with the A bar to recover him but the van had no steering wheel and was like starship enterprise and was steered electrically by buttons etc arranged in an arc on either side of him, it turns out the electrics had gone haywire it had some kind of standby tiny winder wheel like a lathe cross feed for emergencies, and that was it, so it could not be A barred because the steering would not respond as it should.
So maybe this guy has it adapted like that for his feet to do the steering.

This is an Elswick Envoy. I used to look after and mot one, based on an auto mini
british design and was made for people to load them selves in and drive from a wheel chair.
that caused a few raised eyebrows at the mot refresh when I ask the question re the rule if it had a seat, it had to have a seat belt, well I said what if it hasnt got any seats?? their first answer was, what car has no seats? well there you go !!
