I've had 2 makita grinders in 30 years. the 1st one the gears worn out due to greas drying out...yes it was that old. I use to make wrought iron garden furniture,weather vanes,knock down targets etc etc.the 1 have now is about 15 years old and still going strong bought 2nd hand from a flea market about £20.the company that I used to work for wouldn't have any thing else but a makita tools.
