No, not that type of plane. I do have a bit to do with old aviation, but that's not what this is about.
Sadly my Uncle died at Christmas. He was a Marine Engineer. I have inherited a lot of excellent tools from him. Some of the tools belonged to my Grandfather. And some came from my Great Grandfather.
My Great Grandfather, Ernest Ambrose Wilson, was a shipyard carpenter. He made and used this plane. It is from an era when apprentices would make the tools they would go on to use in their careers.

i have a half inch router with all the cutters so had no need / a bit of nostalgia and nice to have if a relly made it, looks to have seen a lot of service
