Aluminium safe edge / Edging strip

Hi, I am looking for an aluminium edging strip similar to what is in the photo. It is semi-circular with a flat on one side also has to be malleable. I can fold strips in the pressbrake but that is not the look I want, have tried various companys the last few days that supply perforated and expanded sheet with no joy, anyone here used this sort of profile or edging strip?

Have you tried Aalco, I haven't used them lately but they used to have quite a range of extrusions in their architectural range, its the kind of thing that commercial body builders, and coach works use.

Yeah, aalco would be my first look.
A place i worked at for a short while had a press tool for doing that, but a bit smaller.Not a lot of help

No joy with Aalco for edging strip the search goes on.

cant you get some 20mm strips of ally and make a tool that folds it. something like a U shape with rounded tops and use something like a chisel or similar to gently coax it in.

Can do that with knife edge tooling in the pressbrake but is not the look I want!

I thought the coach builders would have been the one but nothing in his list. Will have to keep on looking.

Sam, I have various tooling for jennies at work, I can check to see if there is something close to what you want, be a couple of weeks wait now though if your not in too much of a hurry?

Never thought of that! I have false wire tooling for the pulmax may get away by setting the tooling wide if ye git ma drift.

No thats not what I need has to be something like a split tube.

Could you work it with split tube Sam? Quite easy to split someally tube i reckon, just run it through a tablesaw....

I can get split tube from Nova with an internal lip both sides 1.7 gap but they recon it will not bend to the shape I am looking for, may have to just get some anneal it and give it a try. Sure it is out there but locating it is the problem.
