Aluminium Holes

Hi Guys,

I've bought a small ally boat i was removing some parts to see there is some 5-6mm holes which are an eye sore other than taking the boat back to the yard to fill the holes with the tig is there anything else to fill these holes or patch and can be sanded,

Can you not take the welder to the boat
