Alloy wheel inserts

Hi Guys

Do we have any ally wheel inserts specialists here on our forum??? I am trying to Fit a set off alloy wheels on my Vw T25, the pcd and centre hole dimensions are correct, but the alloys I have, have flat washers, and the dia of the stud hole is incorrect, I know you can get inserts, But I can't find any to suit my needs, it does not help that on the VW T25 they have a mixture of studs and nuts front and back.

I have only found these guys but nothing they sell will do the job.

I am happy to scrap the alloys (ie sell them) and start again, only ive not found any I like except this set I found used on marketplace

Do you know the dimensions you require? Somone could likely turn up some inserts easily enough.

Personally, seeing that its a krautvan, I would suggest you torch it and start again with something decent.

its not a question of having things made. I have two lathes and two milling machines, but by the time you have turned down 20 inserts, inc adding the splines, then machining the alloys (stud holes to suit,) including trying to buy 20 wheel nuts and bolts etc etc etc

The wheel inserts I can buy are a few pounds each, that's a no brainer.

I would rather buy something off the self or scrap the wheels and start again

My alloys have a 11/16 stud hole, that is one inc deep, from the face off the alloy to the hub mounting face, the diameter of the washer recess is 1" and 1/16 wide and the recess is 3/16 thick/deep
