Like the inspection camera...great gadget but can't for the life of me think of an excuse for buying it that will satisfy her indoors.

If it was 8mm I'd be all over it for poking into spark plug holes to check for signs of detonation, but since the plugs are 10mm thread it just won't fit

the acctual threaded parth of the plug is bigger the 10mm si it would fit its just the plug wrench that says 10mm on them

M10 x 1 is also brake nipple size

will fit into normal car engines.

if you has a gunson colour tune you and see in with the engine running.

do fancy one of those camera thingy's though

Best way with it is to apply it thinly, does not matter if it's not fully covering at first, do a total of 3 coats and it comes out great.

I don't use any primer or undercoat.

I did a handrail for the pensioners next door in white, that took 4 coats but has been on for 12 months now and not a sign of rust, seems to leave a very hard surface, much harder than normal gloss paint.

I thought thats a good idea, the perfect excuse for buying another 'can't live without item'...a genuine use and a reason the wife could not argue with me spending money on shiny nice things I don't use

I then got a vision of her complaining about all the dust under the floorboards I have just looked under and wanting it cleaned before painting it some stupid 'white with a hint of apple' or similar...think I will give it a miss this time
