A lot of their tools are OK for home/hobby use, I've bought a few over the years, but I can't recommend the countersink drill set

I went down this morning sort of interested in the saw table, they had four in stock, the shop was heaving with the latest fashion of everyone on earth doing their weekly shop on a Sunday.
Am suffering from man flu, so that coupled with the weight of the unit and the crowds of blue rinse trolley pushing ankle breakers meant I lost interest, got home and decided I did want one so ordered online and free delivery.
Compared to Machine Marts offerings with only one blade and this has two, it was a bargain and 3 year warranty to boot.

I bought the infra red thermometer the other week, no real need but I like new tools
Chucked it in my flue Gas Analyser bag and used it on my first job to prove the radiators were an even temp, it was a retired couple and I think they had nothing better to do than feel the radiators warming up

I actually don't mind the odd sized hole ...the odder the better, perfect and sensible excuse to buy a lathe to make an adaptor
You will note it says in store only. And they don't have any left...ol
I was told by head office they had 8 in a nearby store and went to get them but they had non and I ended up with a 40 quid parking ticket instead.

125 mm Thin cutting disks for 36 p each, sold out online.
Last time these were on sale years ago they worked out at 14 p each, I bought one pack, rushed home and tested it against a Bosch one, exelent result, I went back and bought the entire stock. Lasted me for years.
