Airless Sprayers

I've been looking at buying an airless sprayer mainly for shop painting steelwork in primer and two pack paints. I'm a bit lost with the choices. Ebay seems the place to pick one up cheapest. I'm keen on the Graco ones - seems a decent make with readily available parts.

I've trawled their website but am stuck on which model to have a punt on. 110v seems best choice for shop work, not something we would use everyday, maybe once/twice a fortnight for 5 hours average.

Does anyone know what model would suit best - do they all spray primers/2 pack, or are there particular model/s to go for? No point getting a big beastie when a smaller machine will do.

If you find one that will do 2 pack,you'll still need air for a mask.
Rustoleum can be thinned and sprayed.

ive got a 495 i think and thats the smallest cheapest machine that will spray oxide paints. The cheap ones won't deal with big particles found in red/gray oxide. I paid £1100 for a ex demo machine and it is on of the best bits of kit i've ever bought. Painting structural steelwork has gone from a nightmare to something to actually look forward to doing.It will blast on a 25L drum of paint in half a hour and there very easy to clean. Bought mine from Lion Industries
