It looks like a re-badged SIP welder. It sold at auction for $9
which says it all really...

This is a generic Chinese machine. In the UK, they're usually branded as Giant and Kende.
They are not very good. Their PCBs have a very poor reputation.
Get rid and buy a proper MIG!
And as a wider identifier of this sort of carp, they all have this endemic 'black and white' thing going on with the voltage switches:

Thanks Eddie. Yeah that's the beast. Only problem with it is it's stopped feeding the wire. The spool is 3/4 full but the feeder drive is just slipping.G'day, and welcome to the Forum !

There happens to be a recent review of the SIP T136 here:
Steel liners can often be replaced by using stretch curtain wire.
As Hutcho suggested, have you checked the brake tension on the spool spindle? It should be just tight enough to prevent run-on of a full spool when feeding at maximum speed.
