Ive tried using many different grinder brushes for the back end chassis work but they are not able to reach every crevice and cranny etc. So after some research, i found this needle descaler tool to get rid of the rust and remaining paint.

My question is, has anyone used this type of tool on a cars chassis and if so, what would you say is the thinnest grade of steel where it wont make any dimples into it ?
Most of the chassis is around the 2mm grade, im sure it wont dimple/damage that but some other parts of the chassis floor at the rear end is quite thin and covered in sealant.
I want to try and get this part of the chassis rear floor the same as the floor i recently did.
Cheers
