Screwdriver Member Messages 10,736 Oct 30, 2016 #8 Looks like a simple threaded stud going into a captive nut. I assume the nut is fixed to a strap inside the flue pipe. The round baffle has wings fitted to keep it aligned as it screws in and out of the pipe. <edit> yeah what he says
