I'm yet to find an agency that's honest,
I've been jumping from job to job for abit so inevitably dealt with a few now,
Latest one has told me a set wage, I accepted and went along to to test and got it, did a week and then was told be them that I'll be on less to begin with until I know the job (I knew the job within the first hour).
Now he's said 2 weeks max, we'll see
It's a joke, nobody seems to want to hire themselves
