After Epoxy Primer High build vs High solid primer?

Need some advise on what product to apply on top of Lechler Epoxy primer. (looking to stay in-family)
Express paints stock 4 options?

I've previously used lechler epoxy follwed by the green ti, again because it was recommened by Langy and it worked well.However my last paint job I was on more of a budget so used cheap epoxy followed by cheap high build, again it worked well.

If it’s already been filled and the panels are flat then just apply the top coat wether that’s base and clear or a direct gloss.
If it’s not been filled, apply filler and get the panels flat then apply one or two more coats of epoxy then apply the top coat on that either base and clear or direct gloss.
