Advice on what welder to buy"

Hi to all,
I want to buy a tig welder for hobby (at home) use, most of the time car related parts.
My knowledge is EWF/IIW diploms (a welder will know) and normally i work with company welders.

I´m i cheap guy with a cheap pocket and a cheap hobby so i was wondering if you guys can give some opinion on two completly diferent machines.

DC tig Oerlikon CITOTIG 1600HPF
Stahlwerk ac/dc tig 200 puls S

Oerlikon is for Soure the best buy of thw two (Oerlikon from gasliquide is good), but stahlwerk can give me AC welding wich is very usefull to me.

I can buy these without vat so the prices are CITOTIG 480€ and Stahlwerk 579€

I´m sorry, i´ve forget to mention that i can get the citotig 180MP multiprocess too for about 700€, it as MIG, LIFT DC TIG and MMA, i really like the overall and multiprocess of this machine but i prefer HF Tig, although with mig i can do some more types of welding including aluminium. I hope multiprocess machines don´t break to often.

well, nobody helped me but i already buy´ed the citomig 1600 hpf DC only
