The item in the photo was an american made suitcase. I dont think theyre made any more.
Ive considered just buying used items on american ebay and refinishing them (they are not rare or anything) but i dont need an exact replica, so im wondering about the process required to make a good aproximation.
This is the original, it must be pressed, but i would be fine with the idea of a weld seam in each corner, and then flatted back before paint IF that were possible.
Im just not sure where to start. I would need to outsource the forming as i cant do that here.
