Cheers fella. Was thinking it might need bracing front-to-back and side-to-side, given that all but the inner skins will probably need removing.+1
Have done it and would do it again.
I would say however, brace the crap out of it, and when you think you’ve done, put more in!!
I did a triumph spitfire for a pal as an as and when job and was really glad I braced it before I made the first cuts.
Take the weight off the wheels and get it up on stands. Level it out as perfect as you can. If you can work to a bubble as well as datums it simplifies things no end.
That’s not just cars, that’s fab work in general really.
Not sure what you mean by working to a bubble? As for datums I've got some jig drawing although not quite got my head around them yet.
