Advice needed for building Turbo manifold

hello everyone,
not a regular on here but im hoping someone can point me in the right direction....

i made a turbo manifold however the materials i used are different

the cylinder head flange is 10mm thick mild steel
the tubing is 3mm thick 304 Stainless steel
the flange for the turbo is 10mm mild steel

so on the stainless steel 304 tubing i have migged them together using 0.8mm stainless steel wire.
on the flanges i have used 309L Arc welding rods to join the flanges to the tubing however as i am an awful arc welder i want to redo my manifold using the mig welder.
so right now i have ordered:

Stainless steel 304 tubing
12mm Stainless steel cylinder head flange
I cannot find a stainless steel flange for the turbo so looks like ill have to reuse my Mild steel one.
As i am terrible at arc welding i want to see if there is any way i can weld flange to the tubing by using a mig?

Where are you? There might be a member willing to buzz it round with tig for a couple of quid, I'd prefer that over a mig run

Id get some one to make you a stainless flange, and fit insulating gasket between turbo and manifold, all tigged of course

309LSi MIG wire would do the trick but AFAIK the smallest spool size you'll be able to find is 5kg?
"Regular" stainless wire or mild steel wire risks some funky metallurgy (martensite) increasing the chances it'll crack sooner or later
If you can draw it and supply a dxf file getting a new flange laser cut is probably less ££ than a spool of 309LSi. Or, as said, pay someone to weld it

Flanges you can get cut quite easily waterjet or as Hotrodder said laser. They come out perfect and ready to fit up even all the bolt holes are done.
