if you got a couple more snatch blocks you could strip them put two pulleys in the bottom one making longer pins and spacers /washers put another snatch at the top and that would nearly halve the load on the winch as it is set up now. also it would lessen the wraps on your drum that also lessens the load on the winch significantly also make it and slower for lining up your pin holes . If you combined the bottom snatch block, that would leave enough width/space for your end of line hook to go along side the double snatch. easy to do and reap good rewards. Your up contactor will have less arcing and last longer.
