I believe they have the patent on the thumb wheel direction of adjustment. As every other make adjusts in the other direction a total pita.

then it’s definitely a bahco first time I ever adjusted the right way first go

is the top one buried at the bottom an old Diamond Tool Co Illinois one , outstanding quality if it is , not to be confused with the Chinese Diamond adjustable which is a totally different thing.
