Adjustable barn door hinges?

I still need to put a door on my garage / workshop.

Going to go for barn doors as I feel I'll be able to draught proof them better than other options, and it's much more instant.

I'm looking for a hinge that I can adjust the angle on, in case things move in time.

Are these my best / only option -

The immediate problem with them is that they have to be mounted on the opening side. Ideally I want the doors to open outward, and so the hinges would need to be mounted on the outside.

And the doors could then be lifted off, without added hardware on the inside. Which is possible just another complication.

Are there other hinges that I should be looking at?

Turn the top crook to point down and put a blob of weld on the nuts.

Bolt them to the doors with bolts through to a joggled bar of similar size on the inside and weld up - when the door is closed, the joggled bit inside overlaps the frame, stopping them being pulled out.

I can't see how the doors can be lifted off the hinges when they're closed as they're sat inside the door frame and will hit the top of the frame. Unless you have a gap at the top, between the door and frame, larger than the length of the hinge pin. I have non adjustable ones that I lift off, in the open position, every couple of years to creosote.

Good steel pins inserted into the door edge and holes in the frame, When the doors are closed, even cutting the hinges etc leaves the door securely in place.
