So i recently got a hold of an old Adflo air unit in work to use at home.
The batteries they had in work are very old and would not hold a charge anymore...
I took the battery apart and removed the old cells and the third pin, charging port and other not needed wiring, soldered new wires on to the pos and neg pins and put a chuck block on the end of the new wires then wired in a 7.2v 2400mah Nimh battery which can be found here.

Took half an hour and it works straight away.
So if anyone has an old unit with bust batteries then just do what i did and hey presto new batteries for £10 and not £120 !
