Hi all,
I have a sip hobbymig that my Dear old Da bequeathed to me. The duty cycle is not the best.
I have a fancy for adding an axial fan to aid the duty cycle by keeping the welder cooler for longer. Please bear in mind that the issue is clouded by sentimentality and I know buying a new welder would sort out the duty cycle.
What sort of spec would you recommend for the cooling fan?
Something like this?

I have examined the wiring of turbo units and feel confident about wiring it in via the on switch, although a thermostat triggered set-up would be tempting!
