I worked at an electronics supply store in Erie 1982-84 and we sold Wrinkle, Hammertone, and IIRC the paint the OP is looking for.
It had something in it that needed constant shaking of the aerosol can, I think maybe latex paint in with the oil based enamel. to make the same color "blobs".
