Right im in need of some welding magnets and some other basic parts but have no where local to buy from so going to be doing it over the internet.

Can anyone give me some good companies that are cheap?

Try this company I have used them a few times, found them very good, quick delivery and not bad prices.

At the right time, Aldi. Bought a couple of "welders accessory kits", 7.99 each (I think, certainly under a tenner), comes with two magnets, three files, a springy hammer thing (not the technical name, I guess) and a wire brush. The magnets appear at various car shows, usually about a fiver each, so compared to that it's a good deal. My local one has boxes of three welding clamps for 6.99 at the moment, and they're not terrible.

Local motoring shop stocks some welding bits and pieces, and screwfix do as well, which is handy for me as they have a store round the corner.

Always worth a look.
