Ac dc tig welder choice

Hi I have narrowed dawn my choice of ac dc tig between EWM TETRIX 230AC DC http://www.proweld.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=57&products_id=435 AND TERMAL ARC 200 AC DC ARCMASTER http://www.rapidwelding.com/files/10-3099P.pdf what do you think guys which one is the better machine I'm leaning towards EWM TETRIX more amps but one disadvantage is whit Irish warranty so if there is a problem I have to pay for shipping which can ad up my original choice was ESAB caddy 22OOI AC DC T 34 PANEL which is great price only 1750£ but the fan is running all the time that put me of if any one interested in that deal I will pm the dealer details , one more thing which one of the two welders will have better resale value if things don't workout .thanks

YES BUT WITH 1000 £ DIFFERENCE I can't get it here for less than 3000£ my budget is 2000£

both machines 2k I can't really go over that I was wanting to by originally the Kemppi 2300 mls acx someone I know supposed to claim the VAT back against 100£ but he change his mind so I went for the other two welders
