Which is fair enough really. If you took it out on finance then the machine doesn’t belong to you until the final settlement is paid. There not gonna give away freebies on something they haven’t got the money for because if you default on paying and they take the machine back, you have had freebies out of them and they never actually got the sale. I’d do the exact same thing. Pay in full get some extras.the worst thing is they charged be more for the torch i requested, they wouldnt entertain any sort of "free" stuff or upgrades unless i paid in full.
If anything ill be requesting to keep the Aircooled Wp17 for the troubles.
Your missing my point. You should be telling them you have had 2 of there crap torches you don't want a 3rd. Your trying to run a business, what if it blows in the middle of a Critical alu job spewing coolant over your hot part.be a couple of months before i can even look into purchasing a new torch. It will serve as a stop gap whilst funds grown again.

Ahh I see. Maybe they were just feeling a bit tight when giz phoned up for a freebee lol.TBF Rich, I doubt R-Tech are standing the finance element, it’s usually supplied by a 3rd party finance company and the Manufacturer/Distributer/Company which sold the machine usually get their money in full within a few working days.
Many years back when I used to work for a distributor this was standard practice and my boss loved it because he got his money almost as good as upfront
And a pair of lorch Y's to match
Australian or European thongs?
There's a big difference...
That's a result. Ck230 is a good torch. Are they sending you the nice one with silicon lines or the economy version with the plastic hoses.Just an update, R-Tech just called, They have deemed the rest of their stock not suitable, so they are sending me a CK230 FOC, aswell as letting me keep the Temp Air-Cooled WP17 they sent me this morning.
