I can’t help re recognised standard but I’m sure a few are not worth the paper. Some trainer ones are crap. Who can do what’s basically a AET in a day or two?!
is there an abrasive wheels association or something? I have a really old book which was my dads on wheel safety and I’m sure it’s got a name like that.
