one side of my grinder has, a wheel made of scouring pad type material
what ae they called?
i gave run out, and dunno what to search for

Probably "Scotchbrite" if it's flexible. There are many other brands, but "Scotchbrite" will generate enough hits to suss things out.

If it's rigid, it could be a Unitized wheel?
