Abrasive chop saw discs

It's a dirty job but someone's gotta do it...
Are abrasive chop saw discs much of a muchness or are there particuarly good brands out there?
Not talking about TCT chop saws, I mean the horrible noisey & dirty big grinder type chop saws.

Spiteful angry things, mine are relegated to the stores and only come out in an emergency. Mine is a Makita, disc quality makes a huge difference.

Yes, good quality discs make the difference between a slightly annoying experience, and a truly awful experience

Years ago I had some given me for cutting some pipe up, they were from Machine Mart. They dusted and went out of balance all the time making me think something was wrong with the machine. I bought a couple from the local hardware to finish the job and they were different again, I don't remember what make the replacements were but I still have a couple of MM discs buried in the shed somewhere which will never get used. I don't mind using the abrasive cutter but I do use it outside and wear earmuffs. I have used discs from Screwfix with no problems.
