About this sink'ole that's opened up in Surrey.

Building some houses in a "Village" outside of the town I live in , as we are famous for Glass plenty of sand around. Drove past a few months ago as they had stripped the top soil I couldn't believe it the world was like a Beach. They have put piles in and a frame across the piles and built houses on top I was quite surprised as sooner or later will this not soil wash away then you are left with a house all piled correctly but nothing keeping the surrounding area from washing away?

No I didn’t. I moved to the Medway Towns in ‘72 and went to Chatham Tech as a 1st year. Left there in ‘77
