A question for the plumbers/heating fellows!

Hi all,
I have been (sort of) told that radiators (when being balanced), and using a condensing boiler require a higher differential than with non-condensing (20C as opposed to 12C)
Can someone who actually know, please confirn one way or the other?

It doesn't require it, it will still work but not as efficiently as it could/should.

For a condensing boiler, yes.

boiler temp set to 60'C or less is best too

otherwise it's too hot for your condensing boiler to do any condensing :-o
