OK cool...there will always be a debate about the strength of the well.i ain't going to start that one off.but my particular interest in this was the method used to perform the weld. Torch position. In what way the puddle is manipulated to get the dimes.i would like to be able to perfect this style because I like to learn...What is pictured is a spindle for an Off road race truck (Baja 1000 type/ Trophy Truck). this is not "Pulse or Time" welded.. we in this industry call it "Finger *******". But this picture is none of that. In this industry there are people with outstanding skills and abilities just like the picture. It is really big business out here in Cali. I guarantee you will find no stronger welds than what is pictured. I have witnessed these type of vehicles in person. I own one, not to the degree of the picture because you are talking in the hundreds of thousands of dollars they are worth/cost. Mine is a smaller scale of that but some of the welds are equal to what is pictured..I guarantee these welds are a real path techniques and not trigger jerking/pulse and or timed technique. I am not hating on any of the comments, but in California and Arizona, this type of talent and ability exist in this Off road world...
