I cheated a bit, I found the original image, scanned it, then used an OHP and projected it.
Then to my horror I freehand drew some of them and modified others.
I cant draw!!!! Maybe getting better at it.
But yes all cut out freehand. I confess easier than it looks.
Torch in right hand, supported by left hand, glove one left hand, follow your instincts, move in as long and fluid a movement as you can manage in one go. Slide left hand over the surface, ungloved this gets jolly hot. Be relaxed plan ahead. Very Zen etc. Rike hearing one hand Crap.

The sheet is 1.6mm, with 25mm box surround.
I have hidden thin strips across the back to support the lines across the middle of the structure, giving enough rigidity without losingthe feel of openness.
Price I have it listed at £2000, will see how it goes.

Thanks Chunko...I forgot to add how amazing I thought it was....lovely work, especially freehand. I'm still working on my own CNC plasma machine but getting nowhere fast :-((
