Well, Saturday’s job fell by the road side, well into the “break the car for parts mate”

I was meant to be looking at changing a clutch on a friends Mondeo. Turns out the hydraulic cylinder had let go. But we found out it needed new brakes, and a lot of welding.

So replacement car is needed.

Oh look a day to myself.

So I knocked up the fire baskets and a few other fun things.

Not a Gas bottle, but still a wood burner.

It was a conversion you could get for your horse when 4x4 hooves was not enough. It didn't really catch on because unscrupulous traders were putting Shetland parts into a shire horse builds, the cut and shut business was shady to say the least and quite often the conversion rip off was not picked up on until the Shetlands legs were noticeably not touching the ground. By then it was too late and you had lost your money

So on rare occasions these six shoe fire baskets come up for sale and Mr Dickinson (dodgy tan and all) will be seen offering top money for the much sought after gem

I found a few more extra legged horses. Not bricks, about 6 pallets.
