A Curved edge plate ?

I had to make this back plate for a wood burning stove and I cut 40 mm tube length ways to get the curved edge and fully welded it to the flat sheet, pretty time consuming but it worked, my question is can that shape be rolled or formed on 4 mm m/s if i need to make another one?

a proper folder would do it in incraments, u'd hardly notice the crease and with 4mm plate u can polish it out v/easy....

it could just as easily be two 45 bends , on a folder thats very handy to do , but as above a row of small bends would do just fine.

Bump that out on a pressbrake or find someone with radius tooling or a hydroform
