I was passing a house that was throwing out a bunk bed. The four large tubes that were at each corner gave me an idea for a sledge.
I could use them for the runners and all the smaller tube for the frame work.
I even used the wood which was slats on the upper bunk for the seat.
My lad who is four and I went sledgeing and he found it too fast... It did suprise me so here is MK2
I ran out of wood so I need an old deck chair to nick the cover and fit it on the sledge.
Hopefully this wont be as fast as the smaller runners should dig in more.
This is how fast the thing rusts after just one day in the snow. I might paint it now.
Just need more snow now
