I have been looking at the design of the Clarke Cabinet so I can steal some ideas from it for my new CabinetThe major area for improvement would be ventilation
I have been looking at the design of the Clarke Cabinet so I can steal some ideas from it for my new Cabinet
It has a Vent hole at the top of the cabinet, and then a 'U' Channel covering the hole going almost down to the floor
Is this the best design for a vent?
I am guessing that the vent is needed because you are putting compressed air into a closed box, and if it was airtight it would blow the door off!

My original Clarke Lamp broke within weeks of using the Cabinet, the design was terrible!I'd also use a 12v lamp for safety reasons.
Do you set that on the actual Compressor or the Pot Blaster??I set mine to 75 static with Supafine
Do you close the valve to restrict the Grit Flow to get a steady stream?adjust the bottom valve for a steady mixture
Thanks rtbcomp
.....You say that you use another Pot with beads set at 35psi
What sort of things do you blast with that?
