Safety footwear where appropriate (to push out large dents), barefoot using ball of the big toe to put pressure on localised small dents.
Safety assessment was conducted before staring: I'm sitting on the back seat of my car with no tools, how dangerous is the situation?
Assessment passed, barefoot is fine
