EDIT: Title should say FOR any bulb types
I have this basic lamp that I use just for reading. I think the type that is referred to as a bedside or table lamp. It has a conventional bulb holder bulb holder screwed on (B22-GLS bulb).
I’ve ordered some small (50mm dia) GU10 LED bulbs for replacements around the house etc. I’m thinking of fitting one of these LEDs to the reading lamp. There is no problem obtaining the adapter from B22 to GU10 fitting, but I wondered if it is possible to get some sort of fitting to angle the bulb 90 degrees towards where I am sat reading. (The type of bulbs I have ordered kind of point up to the ceiling, or down to the floor if fitted in the ceiling rose, which is their intended purpose). I know that LED globe shaped bulbs are available in B22 fitting, but they tend to be opaque. I have also seen 45 degree angled bulb holders but they are the kind used for screwing/mounting on a wall or ceiling.
Anything available for my lamp at 90 degrees or similar?
