The grahamtool one could be made out of a pipe cutter (e.g. https://www.toolstation.com/monument-pipe-cutter/p17299) but an older one with a steel body that you could weld to would be better as you'd need to replace the lower cutting wheel with a cantilevered axle with the bead profile on it.

Lucky find lovely looking setWorth keeping an eye on ebay. I bought a Parker boxed set advertised as "grandads tools" for £25, must have been well over a thousand pounds new.
