Thanks. I wonder why it was hot for first 2 weeks?8.5 shower is no good for winter usage you want higher if you want a decent shower in winter
so take it back and get an upgrade to it you want 9.5/10kw for proper showers and those that like it a little hotter will prefer the extra power rating
No tampering. Just cold showers.A warranty issue.
Any tampering may invalidate it
Sounds like a control knob issue to me. If the element had fried you’d have no heat.Thanks. I wonder why it was hot for first 2 weeks?
and what about upgrading the cable to 10mm from 6.0mm and make sure the switch and bnreakler are up to 42 amp not a 308.5 shower is no good for winter usage you want higher if you want a decent shower in winter

There is no option to adjust.Does it get hotter if you reduce the flow of water through it? Or can you not adjust this?
the more you turn the dial for a hotter temperature the less water flows . turn the temperature down and you get more water flow cheap and cheerfull . i have a mira sports 10kw the flow is constant and the heat is electronically controlledThere is no option to adjust.
theres water pressure switches in them. low pressure and a thermal cutout stops the element getting damagedDid you have an interruption to the water supply ? That could have affected the heating element/s.
