I did look on flea bay but did not see these, the pictures look very fine thread so I have asked the question!RDG ebay store £11-95 for set of three!!!
Must be carbon at that price but I suppose that's a lot just for one nut.

Are you sure it is a LH 5/8w and not a LH 5/8 unc.I either need to borrow a tap or ask someone to cut a 5/8" Whit 11 tpi L/H thread into a 1" long bit of round or hexagonal steel bar as I seem to have lost one of the nuts from my vintage bead roller! View attachment 486258

Might have one pat
Good find, may well buy a couple of these, If I bought cheap taps I would screw cut a thread first but for ME to cut an internal L/H thread would take a lot of time and brain power, I was looking for an easy answer, call me lazy!Stock photograph, not the actual taps you would receive.
If the taps are cheap, give them a easy time with a slightly oversize tapping drill hole.
It would pain me to buy one nut but would be cheaper than the taps:

What can we say....Well I found someone with a L/H 5/8" 11tpi tap.............. Me..... I decided to go through a box of my fathers taps that I had not transferred to my "new" drawer unit and amongst the eight 5/8" x 11 tpi taps was a L/H one!
